What’s new?

  1. The ability to create, label, annotate, and assign shapes to a Workspace.
  2. The ability to turn a shape into a geofence. Geofencing empowers Workspace Admins to effortlessly monitor and receive real-time alerts when assets (operators and vehicles) enter or exit geofenced areas, ensuring heightened operator safety and security.

The benefits:

✅ Enhanced Security & Situational Awareness → deliver instant notifications and geospatial data to teams, reducing cognitive load, and enabling them to respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or suspicious activities within the specified areas.

✅ Geographical Control → establish virtual perimeters around critical locations, sensitive areas, or high-risk zones, enabling better control over access and movements within these regions.

✅ Increased Safety and Accountability → establish secure perimeters around designated safe areas or evacuation zones to ensure that individuals do not unintentionally or prematurely leave the safe confines.

✅ Performance Evaluation and Optimization → assess the amount of time it takes for personnel or assets to traverse an area or enter/exit geofenced zones.

✅ Optimal Resource Management → optimize resource allocation and deployment, ensuring personnel and assets are effectively utilized in relevant geographic areas and scenarios.

✅ Training and Simulation → allow teams to simulate scenarios within specific geographic boundaries, facilitating effective preparedness and skill development.

✅ Legal and Regulatory Compliance → geofencing can aid in adhering to legal and regulatory requirements, such as privacy laws and operational limitations within specific areas, ensuring operational transparency and accountability.
